Even when it’s still freezing out!

We have always been frequent walkers but our friend, The Virus, changed that. Now we are out almost daily regardless of the weather or planetary alignment. Aren’t we lucky to live where there are so many interesting places to walk and so many fascinating things to see? And aren’t you lucky that I keep sharing photos from our walks?

At least the neighbors are quiet

My partner in life and art, AleXander, has a new project in mind which takes us all over the city. Recently that put us down on the lower east side and the East Village where 34 degrees was not keeping anyone off the streets. AleXander’s early years were spent in this part of the world which, in those days, was essentially Little Eastern Europe. He spoke Ukrainian at home and only learned English in school.

It’s different now.
