Oh thank you! Living in NYC and taking the train daily I see each of your 13 rules violated over and over.

I don’t know as this is a problem anywhere else but I’m increasingly seeing people bring their dogs sans carry-ons onto the train……..as in pit bulls and collies and mutts.
