It blows my mind that no business in the world could function without front desk and cleaning professionals and yet those are the lowest paid people who routinely get the least respect from their colleagues and company’s clients.

Thanks for the reminder. I have been guilty of being a dick to customer service reps on the phone especially when it comes to my student loans and the person doesn’t speak particularly clear English.
