Trump’s pandemic response benefitted me far more than Biden’s
It makes me cringe to even write this out loud, but the facts are the facts, and the failed real estate developer’s administration alleviated the dire effects of our now two-year-plus plunge into pandemic madness far more effectively for ordinary people than have those of that decent Joe we were all instructed to vote for in 2020.
Remember the panic? Vote blue no matter who!!!
Sirens wailed and hysteria reigned. Never mind that good ol’ Joe said right up front that “nothing will fundamentally change”. Never mind his well-documented record of advocating cuts to Social Security. We were given our marching orders and enough of us complied to put the pretend-progressive in office.
The hysterical blue hatred of Trump seems to have been based more on an understandable disgust for a demonstrably vulgar, ignorant blowhard than on the actual policies enacted by his administration. And in that regard, this hatred bears a remarkable resemblance to the intense red hatred of Obama. It didn’t matter that his administration was at least attempting to provide accessible healthcare for the very people frothing at the mouth.
